Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Generate and maintain sales reports, including sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance metrics.
Customer Interaction:
Serve as a point of contact for customers and prospects, addressing inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with order processing.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Order Processing:
Process and track sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.
Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics and inventory, to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly.
Sales Documentation:
Maintain accurate and organized sales records, including customer contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
Ensure all sales-related documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and regulations.
Calendar and Schedule Management:
Manage the calendars and appointments of sales representatives, scheduling meetings, calls, and sales visits.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for sales team members.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
