**Role Overview**:
As an Academic Coordinator, you will be a central figure in the educational landscape of our institution. You will work closely with faculty, students, and administrative staff to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of academic programs. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining high standards of educational quality, student engagement, and institutional growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with faculty to develop, review, and update curriculum materials, ensuring alignment with educational objectives and industry standards.
- Coordinate class schedules, room assignments, and teaching resources to optimize the academic calendar.
- Assist in the planning and execution of student orientation, workshops, and academic events.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing academic inquiries, concerns, and challenges.
- Monitor and track student progress, identify at-risk students, and implement intervention strategies.
- Work closely with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process and ensure accurate academic advising.
- Compile and analyze data related to academic performance, student feedback, and program outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and integration of academic initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Proven experience in academic coordination, curriculum development, or educational administration (not necessary)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and learning management systems.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
- Passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting the academic growth of students.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
