We are creating a hub for Art & Culture in Web3. We are a curated platform where Creators can publish exclusive content and create NFT badges to onboard, engage with and manage their community onchain. Community members can discover diverse content, follow their favorite channels, and collect badges to unlock utility and perks.
- Design the short and long-term roadmap
- Design across the web (chrome extension) and mobile (iOS and Android)
- Experience that solve the needs of a wide range of users, from the newbie to the crypto expert.
- Take new features from ideation to prototyping, user testing, and production.
- Collaborate closely teams.
- You will interact directly with end-users and our developers to collect feedback and develop user empathy.

**Qualifications**:

- Extremely user-focused mindset.
- 2+ years of full-time UI/UX Designer experience.1+ years of full-time experience in designing consumer-facing experiences for web and mobile apps.
- Knowledgeable and interested in Web3 spaceCollaborative and open-minded.
- Ability to create thoughtful UI and UX and written communication to frame and explain concepts.
- Some Wallet onboarding ui/ux eperience would be ideal

**Salary**: ₹10,636.78 - ₹45,692.76 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- wallet onboarding: 1 year (preferred)
- Ui/ux: 2 years (preferred)
- blockchain: 1 year (preferred)
