To perform preventive maintenance activity as per preventive maintenance checklist of equipment in respective software. To attend breakdown maintenance of equipment and update the activity in respective software. Implement health check-up of equipment as per equipment health check-up checklist. To maintain operational logbooks of equipment as per standard operating procedures. To follow documentation in compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) and Good Document Practices norms. To escort supplier or service provider personnel for maintenance. To follow safety precautions during maintenance activity. To issue the material from store associate for replacement of material/spares during preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance and other maintenance activity. To implement maintenance activity against corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance work order. To acknowledge work order/service log received from concerned department and share with immediate superior. In the absence of technical technician, technical engineer will ensure these roles and responsibilities. To inform technical engineer/technical supervisor/technical head about any abnormalities identified during maintenance activity or routine operation. To implement lean maintenance activity in packing, production and process equipments as per technical head guidance. To execute energy saving related project in packing equipment as per packing supervisor/manager guidance. Identify HAZID and report in respective portal. To closed reported HAZID and update technical production engineer to close in respective portal. To ensure zero recordable injury in department and campus as well. To ensure training completion before due date of training. To perform the task, assigned by manager/respective supervisor/engineer. To achieve Target of all assigned department KPI.
