**Primary Responsibilities**
- Engage with business users to understand and prioritize requirements, assess feasibility including business and technical impacts of solutions, and recommend product and process changes in a timely manner.
- Support the Benefits design and facilitate interactive design workshops to identify business requirements for the end to end solution.
- Provide strategic oversight and guidance on new functionality for Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Utilize knowledge and experience to support product issues, implement enhancements and new projects and provide end to end solutions.
- Responsible for a broad range of implementation activities including configuration, demonstrations, design workshops, documentation and testing.

**Experience**
- Experience in implementing at least 1 end to end/full lifecycle Oracle Benefits Cloud project.
- At least 6 years of experience in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits, or product development experience in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience in Agile development and implementations.

**Knowledge and Skills**
- Strong Oracle HCM product knowledge, particularly in Global HR and Benefits.
- Skilled in end to end configuration of Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud including plan configuration, rates, coverages and eligibility.
- High degree of self-organization in order to manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing demands and work independently as part of a small high impact team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to work collaboratively and foster relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Aptitude for thinking out of the box and a \"can do\" attitude.
- Ability to understand HR business processes and requirements and translate these into system solutions.
- Well-developed approach to problem solving and decision making.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
- Work effectively with Oracle Support to address product issues.

**Education**
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent IT experience.
