**Job Location**: Jammu

As a UI/UX Designer at Peoplecentral, you will play a key role in shaping the digital experiences of our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive engagement. Your creativity, attention to detail, and user-centered approach will be instrumental in delivering high-quality designs that meet the needs of our diverse user base.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors, and translate insights into actionable design solutions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts and facilitate iterative design processes.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify usability issues and iteratively improve the user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the quality of UI/UX designs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus
- Min 1 years of experience in UI/UX design roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to ensure feasibility and implementation of designs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts and rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with design thinking methodologies is a plus.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
