**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and mentor a team of animators, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of animation output.
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and other key stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop and implement animation pipelines and workflows to streamline production processes and maximize efficiency.
- Review animation shots and sequences to ensure they meet project specifications and maintain consistency in style and quality.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to overcome challenges during the animation production process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in animation techniques, tools, and software.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in animation, film, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a 3D animator, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on animated films or television series.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software, such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for animation quality and consistency.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements.
- A passion for storytelling and a creative mindset with a willingness to push the boundaries of animation.
