Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Seller Marketing and Growth Specialist to join our team. As an Amazon Seller Marketing and Growth Specialist, your main responsibility will be to develop and execute strategies to optimize sales and drive growth for our products on the Amazon platform. You will work closely with the marketing team, product managers, and external partners to implement effective marketing campaigns and improve our visibility and performance on Amazon.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand visibility on the Amazon platform.
2. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
3. Optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, and images, to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
4. Plan and execute targeted advertising campaigns, including sponsored product ads, display ads, and other Amazon advertising formats.
5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews to identify areas for improvement.
6. Utilize Amazon’s advertising and analytics tools to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling and engaging product content, including enhanced brand content and A+ detail pages.
8. Stay up to date with Amazon’s policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
9. Provide regular reports and insights on performance, trends, and opportunities to internal stakeholders.
10. Identify and recommend opportunities for expansion into new Amazon marketplaces and product categories.Requirements:1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in Amazon seller marketing and growth, with a track record of driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
3. In-depth knowledge of Amazon’s platform, algorithms, and advertising tools.
4. Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and optimization techniques.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling product content.
7. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
9. Familiarity with e-commerce and online retail industry trends.
10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience working with third-party Amazon seller tools and software.
2. Certification in Amazon Advertising or related fields.
3. Knowledge of other e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
4. Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or Vendor Express.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
