Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Contact leads generated through IndiaMart's platform via telephone to understand their business needs.
- Engage with leads to provide information about IndiaMart's services and how they can benefit from them.
- Educate leads about our product and offer them sales support.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by leads and provide accurate information.
- Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and purchasing timeline. This is the SQL stage.
- Persuade leads to take the next steps, such as scheduling a demo or meeting with a sales representative.
- Follow up with leads at appropriate intervals to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, feedback, and strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of lead interactions, updates, and outcomes in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or a similar sales role, preferably in the B2B sector.
- Excellent communication skills in English and any regional languages as per the location requirement.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with leads.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address the needs of potential customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales and marketing is a plus.
