- Total experience:

- 3 years experience in admin/ sales similar role.
- Minimum experience:

- 1-2 year of experience in customer service or hospitality industry.

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Proficiency in reservation software.

**Profile introduction**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage front desk operations including guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in sales activities by promoting resort amenities, packages, and special offers to guests.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and occupancy.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, transactions, and inventory.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Uphold resort policies and procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests and staff.
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth resort operations.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and reservation software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.) is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
