Job Title: Demi Chef De Partie
Direct Supervisor: Chef De Partie Department: Restaurant Operations
Function:
A Demi Chef De Partie maintains the highest standards of food quality and presentation in workstation as directed by Chef. You are responsible for helping to deliver high-quality food while ensuring quality, consistency and food standards.
Primary Duties & responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support the Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in the daily operation and work
- Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes as per company guidelines
- Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Enforce strict health and hygiene standards
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
- Coordinate and participate with any additional requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control, etc
- Make sure stock levels are maintained and required items are timely ordered
- Ensure confidentially of all recipes, formats and menus
- Responsible for you and your team to maintain the outlet's service standards, product quality and cleanliness and have high standards of food hygiene
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Instruct and lead subordinates through their daily requirements in food preparation and actively take part in set up of special functions
- Responsible for executing all duties assigned by immediate supervisor/Head Chef

Qualifications:
- A degree in culinary science or hospitality management
- Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices
- Minimum 2 years as DCDP, and overall 4 years’ experience
- Basic computer skills required
**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
