Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Tele Sales Executive (Well known as a Publishing Consultant in the Self-publishing Industry) to join our company to guide the authors for book publishing and provide information about the book publishing process. You will be required to interact with our authors and guide them towards choosing the best publishing package to suit all their requirements. Your contribution will impact the satisfaction and profits of our company as well as our customers.

**JOB PROFILE**:

- To learn about publishing process, services and publication industry as a whole.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads obtained through ads run by our company on Facebook or Google.
- To explain the different types of publishing models and the entire publishing process to new authors.
- To resolve not just the queries authors present but also the ones they feel unsure to bring up.
- To provide curated publishing package according to authors requirements and close deals.
- Maintain and develop a good relationship with authors through via telephone conversation etc.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are favorable to the company.

**A PERFECT CANDIDATE HAS**:

- 1-4 year of experience in any industry. Customer-facing experience is a bonus.
- The enthusiasm to interact with a lot of interesting people on a daily basis.
- Strong Communication skills with strong command over the Hindi and English language.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales targets.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Basic Computer and MS-office knowledge.
