Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the work of blue-collar laborers in assigned locations.
- Ensure that cleaning tasks are performed efficiently, meeting the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Train and mentor new employees, providing guidance on work procedures and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to evaluate the quality of work and address any issues or concerns.
- Monitor and manage the attendance and punctuality of the workforce.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement work schedules and assignments.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Report any incidents, accidents, or equipment malfunctions to the appropriate channels.
- Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations to the workforce.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with the capability to motivate and manage a diverse workforce.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in local languages and English would be an advantage.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and travel to different locations as per business needs.
- A valid driver's license may be required for certain locations.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Kannada, Tulu (required)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (required)
- Night Shift (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
