Analysis of improvements in productivity, quality, cost and efficiency.Developing networkingDeveloping networking with engineering consultants, technology suppliers, educational institutions, R & D organizations, research centers, ABSTC, etc. Patenting the technology / process for manufacturing Lead the development team, interacting with Sales & Marketing team and keep abreast with development at market including competitorOrganizing Pilot Trial and Scale upCoordinate with Consultant/suppliers/R&D organizations for getting design of pilot plant. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for pilot implementation. Getting techno commercial offers. Coordinate placement of orders from identified suppliers. Carrying out pilot trials in coordination with plant personnel evaluation of pilot results Coordinate with Consultant/suppliers/R&D organizations for scaling up pilot plant design. Identify sources which can develop manufacturing equipments / process based on technology developed. Getting techno commercial offersPeople Management:
