We need a dedicated and enthusiastic UKG (Upper Kindergarten) Teacher to join our school's early childhood education team. As a UKG Teacher, you will play a crucial role in nurturing the cognitive, emotional, and social development of young children, preparing them for a successful transition to primary school. **Responsibilities**:

- Classroom management and organization
- Development and implementation of age-appropriate lesson plans
- Individualized learning support

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
- Teaching certification or relevant qualifications
- Prior experience in a school or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of child development and teaching methods
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
- Adaptability to diverse teaching strategies

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

- Kharadi, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 3 years (preferred)
- Making lesson plans: 2 years (preferred)
- total work: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
