**Role and Responsibilities**
A qualified sales representative helps us sell the products that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at converting leads, building relationships, and closing deals.
Responsibility deliverables
**Responsibilities**
- **Calling the B2C leads(Prospects) or answering the incoming sales calls and providing them solutions**_
- Receiving sales calls or calling the prospects
- Understanding the needs of the lead by asking specific questions
- Providing solutions to the leads after establishing their needs using the available collaterals
- Suggest relevant and applicable upsells and cross-sells to boost sales
- **Sales Conversion**_
- Follow up with the prospects via WhatsApp or direct call until sales conversion
- Sending payment link to the customer to complete the payment
- Post payment forwarding the order to the Operations team
- Allotting a runner for the order delivery as per schedule
- Answering post-delivery questions of the customer if there are any
- **Data Management**_
- Recording every sales call and uploading it to Google Drive via Google Forms
- Recording the prospect information via Google Forms
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to management
**Measurement Metrics**
- Meeting Sales Targets every month
- No of Sales calls done vs Sales conversions
- Transaction Value

**Education**
- Any Graduate
**Salary**: ₹180,000.00 per year
