- Making telephonic conversation with our clients and make them clear about visa processes of countries like Canada, Australia, NZ, USA & UK.
- Convert leads to admissions.
- Fix appointments for counselors and generate walk-in.
- Following up on the prospective students over the phone.
- Follow-up on the leads till registration.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.
- Maintain records of the conversations with the customer and analyze the data.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets, and customer queries

**Salary**: ₹9,089.28 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Amritsar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 3 years (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
