JOB TITLE: IT Associate / MIS Executive

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 3 to 5 years

**Responsibilities**:
Should Have App Script Knowledge

Manage technologies and provide administrative assistance for various systems

Understand various IT troubleshooting and provide technical support

Control and monitor data, network access and backup systems

Negotiate and communicate with third-party software providers for new software's and troubleshooting

Role requires the employee to regularly take backup of database

Role requires the employee to maintaining the servers

Role requires the employee debugging errors in less than 24 hours as and when they occur

Role requires the employee Update the website codes as and when required

Role requires the employee to ensure smooth & uninterrupted functioning of the websites at all times on all devices

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field

5+ years of experience in related field

Experience in information technology space and solving various software and hardware problems
