**Position : Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher - CBSE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate a classroom atmosphere that is warm and supportive, in harmony with Waldorf principles.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans to promote holistic child development, covering cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects.
- Engage children in a captivating and imaginative learning experience through storytelling, artistic activities, and play.
- Foster a sense of wonder and curiosity in each child, encouraging exploration and a passion for learning.
- Establish strong, open communication channels with parents, ensuring regular updates on children's progress and well-being.
- Collaborate with colleagues to seamlessly integrate Waldorf principles into the broader curriculum.
- Emphasize the importance of outdoor play and nature exploration as essential components of the educational experience.

**Requirements**:

- Hold a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Waldorf Education, or a related field.
- Preferred Waldorf teacher training and certification.
- Previous experience as a Waldorf Kindergarten Teacher is advantageous.
- Demonstrate a passion for fostering holistic child development through a balanced and artistic approach.
- Ability to Relocate
- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development, staying informed about current educational trends.
- Adaptable to diverse cultures.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
