Course Coordinator

1. Schedule the course timing based on Curriculum, Organizes Classes (Online / Offline Class room), track course progress and report slippage if any from the original schedule

2. Manage Class Room (Online / Offline), provide an effective training, guidance, instructions and mentoring with effective supervision

3. Responsible to prepare presentation decks/slides, Course Contents, study notes, evaluation questions to test students understanding on each topic of the Curriculum. You may he review Course Curriculum from time to time and propose any changes if required.

4. Prepare Exam questions, conduct exams/assessments and evaluate the performance of each student. Prepare Students Grading/performance reports on pre-defined or appropriate intervals.

5. Keep track the attendance of each student who are attending the classes and report to management. Responsible for maintaining files and records of Students, Office communications with effective filing systems and supporting other teams with various administrative tasks.

6. Interact with students regularly and take feedbacks from the students regarding the classes for identifying further possible improvements. Share all students/parents’ feedbacks to management with comments or recommendations for further improvements.

7. Responsible to handle any other day to day task as assigned by the management from time to time. Also Support campus visits team and coordinate with Institutions as and when required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
