Polyglot Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-depth evaluations of open-source technologies relevant to our business needs.
- Assess the capabilities, performance, and scalability of various technologies to determine their suitability for integration.
- Prototyping and Proof of Concept:

- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to demonstrate the feasibility and value of selected technologies.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate and test these prototypes within existing systems. Documentation:

- Document the results of technology evaluations, including strengths, weaknesses, and potential use cases.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaboration:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, architects, and product managers, data analysts to understand project requirements and align technology choices with business goals.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends and advancements in open-source technologies.
- Actively participate in relevant communities, forums, and conferences to stay informed about the latest developments. Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Polyglot Programmer with a focus on open-source technologies.
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience conducting technology evaluations and implementing proof-of-concept solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Programming Languages: Java, Python, Node.js, Go, etc.
- Strong understanding of open-source databases, frameworks, and tools.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) preferred AWS.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and continuous integration/delivery pipelines.

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
