Pre Primary Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**: Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes holistic growth and development in young children.
- **Teacher Training and Supervision**: Provide guidance, support, and ongoing professional development opportunities to pre-primary teachers and staff.
- **Classroom Management**: Ensure that classrooms are organized, safe, and conducive to learning, with appropriate materials and resources available.
- **Parent Communication**: Foster positive relationships with parents/guardians through regular communication, parent meetings, and workshops.
- **Student Assessment**: Monitor and assess student progress, implementing strategies to support individual learning needs and development.
- **Budget Management**: Manage the budget for the pre-primary section, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- **Admissions and Enrollment**: Oversee the admissions process for pre-primary students, including enrollment, orientation, and placement.
- **Health and Safety**: Maintain high standards of health and safety, implementing policies and procedures to ensure the well-being of children and staff.
- **Community Engagement**: Build partnerships with the local community, organizations, and stakeholders to enhance the pre-primary program and its impact.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-primary program, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements as needed.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
