**Job Description -Air Freight Manager -Import Sales**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all indoor and outdoor sales with a focus on Import Sales.
- Accountable for the P&L and volume targets of the airfreight business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with airfreight wholesalers.
- Help in creating a constant flow of sales leads to both internal sales and overseas offices.
- Ensure all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to

Establish and maintain good rapport with key customers for their continuous support.
- Identify potential market and develop corresponding strategic marketing plans
- Import coordination with agents/carriers for Import shipments till pre alert Import shipment till rates filing and bookings released by shipping carriers.
- Thorough Import Documentation experience with a Clearing and Freight forwarding company.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in marketing, logistics or any related field.
- 2-6+ years’ experience of leadership with Ocean Freight Forwarding and Exports required
- Experience driving high performance and meeting or exceeding product / financial KPIs
- Demonstrated leadership experience building teams
- Proven supervisory attitude
- Good market and product knowledge

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
