**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the content team to develop content ideas, brainstorm creative concepts, and conduct research.
- Conduct proofreading and editing of content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in managing and growing our social media presence by scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify content opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Support the coordination of marketing and communication campaigns by assisting with the creation of promotional materials, press releases, and presentations.
- Assist in tracking and analyzing the performance of content and communication initiatives using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall brand strategy and objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging content and communication trends, best practices, and technologies to contribute fresh ideas and innovative approaches.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or a related field. Recent graduates may also apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.
- Proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic understanding of SEO principles is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva is desirable.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
