**Company Overview**: Chayam Tea is a leading tea company based in Kolkata, India. We specialize in a wide range of premium teas. As we continue to expand our presence in the digital space, we are seeking a dynamic and creative **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Influencer Collaboration**: Identify and engage with influencers **(influencer marketing)** to create compelling video content that promotes our tea products.
- **Product Listing Design**: Conceptualize and implement attractive product listing designs across various online marketplaces to enhance product visibility and appeal.
- **Shopify Management**: Manage our Shopify storefront, including creating promotions, updating product listings, and optimizing the shopping experience.
- **Content Creation**: Produce and post engaging video content on platforms like YouTube to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in **social media marketing.**:

- Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.
- Prior experience at running campaigns in the food and beverage space will be preferred.

**Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements**:

- Proven experience in **digital marketing**, particularly in **e-commerce** and **social media management.**:

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers and create engaging content.
- Creative mindset with experience in conceptualizing and designing product listings and marketing materials.
