The job profile of an **EdTech Animator** involves creating engaging and educational animations for educational technology platforms. Here are some key responsibilities and skills typically associated with this role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Animation Development: Create high-quality, visually appealing animations that align with the educational content and objectives of the EdTech platform.
- Script Interpretation: Understand and interpret educational content, lesson plans, or scripts to develop animation concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate the intended message.
- Visual Design: Design and create characters, backgrounds, and other visual elements for animations, ensuring they are appealing, consistent, and suitable for the target audience.
- Motion and Timing: Animate characters and objects, determining appropriate timing, pacing, and movements to bring the educational concepts to life and enhance learning engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the animations meet quality standards by reviewing and revising animation sequences, seeking feedback, and making necessary adjustments based on user testing or stakeholder input.

**Required Skills**:

- Animation Expertise: Proficiency in 2D or 3D animation software such as Adobe Animate, Adobe After Effects, Premier Pro, and added benefit if known Toon Boom Harmony, or Autodesk Maya, with a strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Storytelling and Creativity: Ability to convey complex educational concepts through creative storytelling, translating ideas into compelling visuals that engage and captivate learners.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in character design, visual elements, and animation sequences.
- Collaboration and Communication: Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with instructional designers, content creators, and other team members to understand their requirements and translate them into animations.
- Time Management: Efficient time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and manage multiple animation projects simultaneously.
- Educational Understanding: Familiarity with educational principles and an understanding of how animation can enhance the learning experience, particularly in the context of e-learning or educational technology.

**Salary**: ₹312,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
