**About the Client**

**Job Summary**

They are expanding and looking for dynamic result oriented high performers for executive (Pref Female) as part of the analytics function within the domain research viz. E-commerce.

**Requirement: -**
1. Educational Qualification: B.Com Graduate,

2. Create and maintain metrics and reports to monitor the business and provide insight.

3. Examines data to grasp issues, draw conclusions and solve problems

4. Oversee all analytics operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality

5. Build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights

7. Solid experience in advanced statistical analysis, data analysis, modelling techniques.

8. Good knowledge in MS excel (Function and Formulas), Word and Power point with typing speed upto 35 WPM.

9. Good listener, organized, respect time management, have customer centricity and a constant learner.

10. Positive approach and willing to work with the company with a long term goal.

Qualifications & Traits:
1. Good written and verbal communication skills.

2. Good In Logical Reasoning & Mathematical Calculations, conversions & data analysis.

3. Background in market research is a plus advantage

4. Problem-solving aptitude

5. Strong attention to detail

6. Logical thinking ability to synthesize random occurrences & connect the dots

7. Self-starter, Self motivator and Open to learning new skills, go getter.

8. A team player who can seamlessly co-ordinate with seniors, analysts to build and deliver high quality research products
