**Key Accountabilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for non-it roles.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence related to non-it talent acquisition, and provide recommendations to optimize recruitment strategies.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in the financial planning domain.
- In-depth knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry, including roles, skills, and market trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
