Project Rural water supply scheme under Jal jivan missionManaging Project of OverHead Tank, PumpHouse, Pipeline, Home Connection & Water Supply linesAssessment, Onboarding & Managing Civil Infrastructure Vendors, Contractors & SubcontractorsWorking under the direction of a project manager / Construction Manager to prepare smooth work plan and process.Coordination with junior staff & Labour Compliance.As a Civil Foreman/Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient and safe execution of construction activitiesProject Planning and Coordination:Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project scope, objectives, and timelines.Assist in creating detailed work schedules and resource allocation plans.Coordinate with other teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and subcontractors.Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing clear instructions and guidance.Ensure that the team maintains high levels of productivity and work quality.Construction Execution:Oversee the implementation of civil construction activities as per approved plans and specifications.Monitor progress and ensure that work is carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.Address any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure work meets the required standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
