Job Title: UI/UX Designer

- You have a solid understanding of HTML and CSS (SCSS) (a plus).

- You have a passion for staying updated with the latest design trends and emerging technologies.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand project goals.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using XD, Figma, and other relevant tools.
- Develop design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and validate design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, stakeholder input, and design best practices.
- Work closely with developers to implement designs, providing guidance and support during the development process.
- Ensure that the final product meets the highest standards of usability, accessibility, and visual design.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality of designs.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe, and Illustrator.
- Experience in designing for iOS and Android platforms, considering platform-specific guidelines and best practices.
- Solid understanding of design systems and their implementation.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS (SCSS) is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of user research techniques and usability testing methodologies.
- A portfolio showcasing your previous design work and demonstrating your design process and thinking.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
