**Adolescent Health Coordinator - Hattragi village, Belagavi**

**_Job Description _**

The co-ordinator will have to work closely with partners to implement and facilitate

Adolescent health related programs focused on promoting quality health and well-being for

all adolescents (aged 10 to 16 years) especially those from marginalised and vulnerable

society.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The role of the Adolescent Health Coordinator is to deliver awareness sessions on adolescent

health to Higher Primary students from Govt.schools across specified geographical area.
- Deliver awareness sessions on Adolescent Health (Addiction, Substance Abuse,

Mental Health, Menstrual Hygiene, Genital Hygiene and more) to Higher Primary

Students.
- Co-ordinating with Stake holders(schools, volunteers etc)
- Document all activities and projects.
- Generate monthly reports of projects.
- Do pre and post session analysis and presentation on the projects.
- Manage and train the volunteers for the Awareness sessions.
- To be a change maker and influencer towards society.

**_Selection Criteria _**

Age 25 years to 40 years

Education A degree in any field, MSW would be an added

advantage

Languages needed English, Hindi and Regional language is preferred

Commitment 1 year

Work Timing 9am - 6pm,

Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is a must.

Must be willing to travel across project

geographical area.

Skills - Good communication Skills-Preferably in
regional / local language is a must.
- Basics of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and community connect

skills preferred.

Other requirements - Min. 1 years’ experience in health sector
- The person should be ready to travel as the

work requires 70% field work.
- Knowledge on Public Health
- Must be willing to travel across project areas.
