- Job Description_

Reporting to : Area Sales Manager

Objective ----
- Overall responsibility for managing and driving the Sales and Distribution of the respective locations.

Key Responsibilities ---
- Build relationships with existing customers/clients
Cultivate new leads within the sales territory
Travel throughout the territory and visit customers/clients on a recurring basis
Manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Evaluate customers needs
Build long lasting client relationships
Meet the sales targets

Competencies Required ---
- Strong communication skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Local language knowledge is mandatory

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Salem, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
