**Job description**
- Assisting in Organizing, preparing agendas for and recording minutes of board meetings and general meetings.
- Assisting in maintaining statutory books, including registers of members, directors and secretaries.
- Ensure compliances with respect to IFSCA guidelines, SEBI Guidelines pertaining to SAST, AIF etc RBI guidelines pertaining to FEMA compliances etc.
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.
- Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers and auditors.
- Carrying out periodic reviews to ensure legal compliances of trading membership (like exchange compliances, SEBI compliances, Companies Act)
- Developing and overseeing the systems that ensure the company complies with all applicable codes, in addition to its legal and statutory requirements.
- Vetting of various agreement to be executed by the organization.
- Assisting in the exchange related compliances as applicable to a SEBI Registered Stock-Broker, depository participant.
- Corporate Actions to be undertaken while co-ordinating with RTA.
