Simpl is looking for a Salesforce Admin in the Sales Operation Team who’s eager to build, setup and manage the entire salesforce CRM for Simpl’s internal colleagues to help them in sales funnel management, workflow optimization, reporting and analytics.We’re looking for folks who enjoy connecting the dots in a fast moving environment and take data driven decisions and most importantly are not afraid of failing and very quickly learning what not to do.**Responsibilities**:

- Requirement gathering from various stakeholders and translating the same in best practices
- Create CRM roadmap by aligning the priorities and initiatives with relevant stakeholders
- All aspects of user and license management, role and profile management, permission configuration
- Amendment in salesforce configuration as per the business team’s requirements which includes: workflow, process, reports, validation rules, custom fields, page layout, dashboards and fields
- Data quality management on CRM for both sales and account management teams
- New user training and onboarding
- Play with data, derive actionable insights and leverage that for various growth initiatives and most importantly measure outcomes.
- Collaborating and working across organization with internal stakeholders
- Work actively to evaluate Leads for the Sales Team and enrich them
- Identified, recommended and implemented business opportunities for the Sales Team
- Analyzing sales data to optimize and improve the efficiency of the Sales TeamIdentifying brands in the D2C and Enterprise market
- Collaborating and working across organization with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce presentation documents for internal use (e. g. management, cross functional)

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce Tool
- Experience in performing upgrades and ensuring successful integration on Salesforce
- Working knowledge of salesforce database and ability to maintain the same In-depth understanding of Salesforce product suite and integration requirements
- Great verbal and written communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Passion for quality control and productivity
- Love for working in a fast moving environment and taking data driven decisions and most importantly are not afraid of failing and very quickly learning what not to do.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks as a horizontal role works with multiple functions at every point
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Self driven with bias for action
