**Job Summary**:
**Required Qualifications & Desired Skills**:
- **Must have a Master’s degree in Food Technology, Biological Science or in a similar field with a minimum of 1-2 year of experience as QA/QC/ (Catering, manufacturing, retail, neutraceuticals or any other food industry)**
- Should possess good knowledge in about food industry.
- Knowledge in HACCP and basic food safety standards is desired.
- Should have an exposure in FSSAI protocol and standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Hands on experience in ERP systems
- **Certification in ISO:22000:2018 and FSSC V 5.1 will be preferred**

**LOCATION: Bangalore.**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- The **Food Safety Executive** will pro-actively work for assigned activity to him/her by the regional manager.
- Involves frequent travels to customer sites or facility.
- Assist in carrying out audits in the designated facility as per the work contract.
- Responsible for coordinating with the client to ensure the changes are made according to the audit recommendations, ensure the recommendations are implemented without any deviation and the same is followed holistically.
- Ensures audit files and information are kept up to date, and stored in accordance with process procedures..
- Learns and keep updated on the new standards of food safety.
- Liaises with client and send across the audit report within the specified time limits
- Works closely with sample testing laboratory to ensure the samples reports are shared with the clients as per the defined time lines.
- Collaborate with accounts team to confirm the timely submission of invoices.

**Organizational Alignment**:

- This position reports directly to Operation Head (Food Safety).
- This is an individual contributor role.

**Salary**: From ₹20,856.37 per month
