**Job Title**: Telecaller

**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers using a provided script to offer our products or services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales made, including follow-up actions.
- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and professionalism.
- Build and maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance the company's reputation.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and be able to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- Handle customer objections and complaints professionally and escalate issues as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and strategies for improvement.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and influence others effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
