**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services and generate leads.
- Utilize persuasive selling techniques to effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and communication.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements, and tailor solutions to meet their specific objectives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for targeting potential clients and expanding our customer base.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Keep accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Provide timely feedback to the management team regarding market feedback and areas for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a telecall-ing or telesales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly. -Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- The high degree of resilience and persistence in dealing with rejection and overcoming objections.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. -Prior experience in the relevant industry (if applicable) would be an advantage.
