Clad/ipmat Quants Lecturer

Key Responsibilities:

- **Teaching & Instruction**:

- Develop and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials on quantitative aptitude topics, including but not limited to arithmetic, algebra, geometry, and data interpretation.
- Prepare and provide comprehensive study materials, including notes, practice questions, and mock tests.
- Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and ensure that all students grasp key concepts effectively.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design, update, and refine the quantitative aptitude curriculum to align with the latest CLAD and IPMAT exam patterns and requirements.
- Ensure the curriculum is comprehensive, challenging, and provides students with the skills needed to excel in their exams.
- **Student Support**:

- Provide individual and group mentoring to students to address their academic challenges and improve their performance.
- Organize and conduct extra classes, workshops, and doubt-clearing sessions as needed.
- Track and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and academic counseling.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and grade assessments, quizzes, and mock exams to evaluate student understanding and readiness.
- Analyze assessment data to identify areas of improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the CLAD and IPMAT exams.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Background**:

- A Master's degree or higher in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Additional certifications in education or test preparation (e.g., B.Ed., coaching certifications) are a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in teaching quantitative aptitude for competitive exams such as CLAD, IPMAT, CAT, GRE, GMAT, etc.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of mathematical concepts and problem-solving techniques.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics and make them accessible to students.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and online teaching platforms.
