Job Title: Retail Store Opening Intern

**Job Description**:
Position Overview: The Retail Store Opening Intern will play a vital role in assisting

with various tasks and activities related to the launch of our new retail store. This

internship program is designed to provide practical experience and exposure to

different aspects of store operations, from pre-opening preparations to post-launch

activities.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Pre-Opening Preparations:

- Assist with store setup activities, including organizing merchandise

displays, arranging fixtures and signage, and ensuring the store layout

meets company standards.
- Support inventory management processes, such as receiving, stocking,

and organizing merchandise in preparation for the store opening.
- Participate in pre-opening training sessions and orientation programs

to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and product

offerings.

2. Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional activities

and events to generate buzz and excitement around the new store

opening.
- Assist in distributing marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, and

digital content, to promote the store to the local community.
- Engage with customers and community members to communicate

information about the store opening and encourage attendance.

3. Customer Experience:

- Provide support to ensure a seamless and positive customer

experience during the store opening period.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product demonstrations, and

purchases, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to the store

management team to continuously improve service and satisfaction.

4. Operations Support:

- Help with various operational tasks, such as cashiering, restocking

shelves, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the

store.
- Assist in conducting inventory counts and audits to ensure accurate

stock levels and prevent shrinkage.
- Collaborate with store managers and supervisors to address any

issues or challenges that arise during the opening process.

Qualifications:

- Freshers currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Retail

Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and

willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced

environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and

holidays, as needed.
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
