After school coordinator
1. Activity Planning and Organization:
- Under the direct supervision of administration, assist in the development,
coordination, and implementation of After School Activities for students,
parents and community members, including, but not limited to, academic
enrichment; sports and recreation; visual and performing arts;
health/nutrition; technology; environmental/outdoor education; etc.
- Coordinate logistics for availability and preparedness of different facilities of
school for the respective activities.

- Prepare, in conjunction with the respective Heads of School, a whole-school
After School Activity Master Calendar (AMC).
- Drawing up the monthly ASA event calendar is the responsibility of the
Coordinator. She/ He has to ensure that it is ready by the 25th of the previous
month.
- Find innovative ways to optimize the utilization of school facilities to generate
revenue through After School Activities for students, parents or community.
- To contribute to web content, publications and information materials of the
After School Activities.
- Ensure After School Activities align with the school's educational goals and
policies.
- Other Additional duties (in collaboration with Admin Head) may include:
assisting administration in organizing picnics/trips, evaluation and data
collection assistance, etc.
2. Student Engagement and Support:
- Promote student involvement in After School Activities and provide
guidance on participation.
- Support student-led initiatives and help students organize and execute their
own events and projects.
- Address, student, parents, vendors, etc., concerns and feedback regarding
After School Activities.

3. Staff Collaboration:
- Make schedules and arrangements of facilities and personnel for all
scheduled After School Activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate activities into the school
curriculum and ensure they complement academic goals.
- Liaise with the academic / activity team in selecting and training students to
take part in inter-school events.
- Coordinate with staff members who oversee various After School Activities
to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
4. Event Management:
- Plan and organize various inter-house and inter-school competitions.
- Organize and oversee school events, such as talent shows, sports
tournaments, cultural festivals, and academic competitions.
- Manage event budgets, including sourcing and handling resources and
materials.
5. Community and Parental Involvement:
- Engage with parents and community members to foster support and
participation in After School Activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding event schedules, volunteer
opportunities, and student involvement.

6. Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain records of activity participation, event outcomes, and feedback
from students and parents.
- Document lesson plans, activities, and feedback.
- Keep the Admin Head informed of all incidents and/or report any concerns
as necessary in After School Activities.
- Provide monthly program reports and impact measures.
- Prepare reports and documentation related to After School Activities for
school administration.
7. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure safety of children by being aware of potential hazards and
addressing them.
- Supervise drop off/pick up and ensure parents are adhering to pick up
policies.
- Ensure all activities comply with school policies, safety regulations, and legal
requirements.
- Administer basic First Aid in accordance with agreed School Procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of all school facilities used
for After School Activities.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement necessary measures to ensure the
safety and well-being of participants.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 per month
