**Responsibilities**

Perform functions including but not limited to:

- Assist in the development and implementation of social media campaigns to align with marketing strategies.
- Support the creation of engaging, brand-consistent content for various social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and direct mentions of our brand.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts.
- Schedule and optimize posts for each platform using social media management tools.
- Engage with followers, respond to queries promptly, and monitor customer reviews.
- Assist with the analysis of social media performance, generating reports on key metrics to guide future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Assistant, Coordinator, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and social media management tools.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creative mindset with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Keyword Planner, etc.
- Relevant certifications and experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
