**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job Title: MIS Executive**
**CTC: Up to 24K (per month)**
**Location: Karnataka**
**Experience: 1 - 4 Years**

We are seeking a skilled MIS Executive to join our team in Karnataka. This position is open to freshers who possess strong knowledge of MS Excel and are eager to learn and grow in the field of Management Information Systems (MIS).

**Responsibilities**:

- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to various departments within the organization.
- Compile and analysed data to support decision-making processes.
- Develop and maintain databases to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of MIS software systems.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement.
- Provide training and support to staff on MIS tools and processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding data management and security.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Freshers are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and Macros.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and analysis.
- Knowledge of database management systems is a plus.
- Prior experience in MIS or related field is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
