- Sr FI ConsultantRequirement Summary:As a Central Finance Lead Consultant, you will guide customers on the Central Finance journey. You will leverage your prior experiences to help plan how to deliver the greatest business value to the customer. This role requires deep knowledge and understanding of SAP technical & functional CFIN capabilities, including industry best practices. ( Chemical Industry). You will help enable the CFIN practice through knowledge sharing initiatives (Offshore). You will be responsible for belowResponsible for process design, configuration, assistance with testing, requirements gathering Responsible for process design, configuration and assistance with testingResponsible for making solution recommendations considering scope and client requirements.Prepare the Business blue print document as per the requirement.Prepare the functional specifications and ensure delivery of objects as per the timelines.Create configuration documents and training documents.Strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor computing environmentsSkill Requirements:A minimum of 10 years SAP consulting experience with at least 5 years in FinanceA minimum of 2 Central Finance implementationsExpertise in configuration and implementation of both Financial Accounting (FI) and Managerial Accounting (CO)Expertise in Fiori AppsDeep understanding of SLT and AIF as part of Central FinanceStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead customer engagements at an executive levelExcellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiationStrong written, verbal communication and presentation skills; ability to present and discuss strategies and technical information in a manner that establishes rapport, persuades others, and establishes understanding for technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with the SAP Activate Roadmap for Central Finance Nice to have:Awareness of BTP platformAwareness of MDG and potential integrations required with MDG.Certification in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance 1909 or higherPrior experience with SAP implementations on private cloud or hyperscalersExperience in presales activities such as resource planning and ability to work with sales to produce a rough order of magnitude for scope items. Working knowledge of Group Reporting, SAC Planning, Central Payments & Receivables Management, and Document Reporting and Compliance (tax reporting).
