3. **Classroom Management**: Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and encouraged to participate actively in discussions and activities.

5. **Assessment and Progress Tracking**: Regularly evaluate student performance and progress, providing constructive feedback to students and their parents/guardians. Keep detailed records of assessments and maintain accurate student reports.
