**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Motion Graphics Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and executing visually stunning motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance our projects and deliver an exceptional visual experience to our clients. Your expertise in After Effects will be instrumental in bringing concepts to life and elevating the overall quality of our content.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the creative team, including designers, animators, and video editors, to conceptualize and execute captivating motion graphics and visual effects.
- Create visually appealing animations, titles, lower-thirds, transitions, and other motion elements for a wide range of projects including videos, presentations, advertisements, and more.
- Utilize your deep understanding of animation principles and design aesthetics to ensure that all animations are visually engaging and effectively communicate the desired message.
- Edit and manipulate raw footage, combining visual elements such as live-action footage, graphics, and animations, to create seamless and polished final products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in motion graphics, animation, and visual effects, and incorporate these into your work to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met, and provide creative input and solutions as needed.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent communication regarding project progress.
- Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to animation and visual effects, ensuring the highest quality output.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Effects, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as an Motion Graphics Specialist or similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics, animations, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, design aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
- Solid knowledge of video editing techniques and processes.
- Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team environment.
- Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and find creative solutions

**Salary**: ₹10,738.78 - ₹37,055.74 per month
