Job Title: Finance Management Trainee/Intern

Duration: 3-6 Months

Role Description:
**CYBER HR Consulting** is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented **Finance Management Trainee** to join our dynamic team for a **3-6 month internship**. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to securing our company's first round of funding.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Analysis & Modeling**: Analyze our financial data, create compelling financial models, and prepare investor-ready financial projections.
- **Pitch Deck Development**: Lead the development of a comprehensive and impactful pitch deck that showcases CYBER HR Consulting's potential to investors and angel investors.
- **Investor Communication & Presentation**: Prepare for and deliver persuasive investor presentations, confidently communicating our financial health and growth strategy to potential funding sources.
- **Competitive Research & Market Analysis**: Conduct in-depth research on our competitors and the HR consulting industry, identifying key market trends and creating compelling investment narratives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance (MBA-Finance preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proficiency in financial modeling tools like Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your message to a diverse audience.
- A passion for storytelling and the ability to present complex financial information in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with Investors.
- Strong desire to contribute to the success of a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Database management and ensure data accuracy.
- Create engaging presentations using PowerPoint and other design tools.
- Manage and schedule meetings with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and curate content for Presentation/Pitch Deck..

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in design tools like Canva.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Generate reports, analyze data, and create dashboards.
- Working knowledge of ChatGPT or other AI writing tools (a plus).

Soft Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and articulate speaker.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
