**Job Summary**

**1.) Gemstone Evaluation**:Assess and grade gemstones for color, cut, clarity, and carat weight (the 4Cs).

**2.) Quality Assurance**:Ensure that all gemstones selected meet the company's quality and authenticity standards.

**3.) Inventory Management**:Maintain accurate records of gemstone inventory and assist in procurement as needed.

**4.) Collaboration**:Collaborate with the design and production teams to select gemstones that align with design concepts.

**5.) Documentation**:Create detailed gemstone reports and maintain gemstone-related records.

**6.) Quality Control**:Implement quality control procedures to ensure finished jewelry meets gemstone quality standards.

**Qualifications**

1.) **Experience**:5+ years of experience in gemstone assessment and selection.

2.) **Education**:Gemology certification or a relevant degree in gemology or jewelry design. 3.) **Knowledge**:Profound knowledge of gemstone properties, identification techniques, and industry standards.

4.) **Attention to Detail**:Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to discern subtle differences in gemstone quality.

5.) **Ethical Standards**:Strong commitment to ethical gemstone sourcing and industry best practices.

**Interview Process**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 per month
