- Create visually engaging graphics and materials for both digital and print, including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, newsletters, and patient education materials.
- Develop and maintain consistent branding and design guidelines that align with the hospital’s mission, values, and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the hospital’s medical staff, marketing team, and other departments to create designs for awareness campaigns, health promotions, and public relations.
- Produce infographics, patient resources, and visual storytelling content to educate and inform patients and the community.
- Ensure all design materials adhere to healthcare compliance standards, including HIPAA, when necessary.

**Social Media Responsibilities**:

- Manage and oversee the hospital’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Develop and curate content that educates, informs, and engages patients, caregivers, and the community on health topics, services, and hospital events.
- Create engaging and informative social media posts, including images, videos, and graphics that support health awareness campaigns and hospital initiatives.
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop social media strategies to grow the hospital’s online presence, increase patient engagement, and improve the patient experience.
- Monitor and track social media performance, analyze data, and create reports to measure the success of campaigns.
- Stay current on healthcare trends, best practices, and relevant news to incorporate into the social media strategy.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing work in healthcare or related industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- Strong experience in managing social media platforms for organizations or businesses, particularly in the healthcare sector.
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance, privacy laws, and the importance of maintaining confidentiality in healthcare communications.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills for creating social media posts and healthcare content.
- Ability to work with medical professionals to create clear, accurate, and effective health communications.
- High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO, online marketing, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, hospital, or medical organization.
- Familiarity with video production or editing tools for creating engaging multimedia content.
- Experience in crisis communication or managing social media during critical healthcare events.
- Knowledge of healthcare-specific trends, such as patient-centered care, wellness programs, and health education.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
