**Job Role: Architectural Team Leader**

**Reporting Person: Project Manager/Project Coordinator**

**Responsibility**:

- Provides guidance and knowledge to juniors and works towards competence enhancement of other technicians within the team
- Will coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project.
- Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects and mentor other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents in his projects
- Will assist the project team towards developing/implementing draughting standards.
- Will assist in improving the efficiency and productivity of the drafting team
- Communicates the training and development needs to his supervisor
- Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures
- Will be responsible to set standards & detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for draughting work in a given project.
- Is responsible for technical correctness and timely delivery of the drawings and documents

**Competencies**:
**Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering /Architecture with a minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience.**

Strong knowledge of Revit Point Cloud is an advantage.

Experience in Preparing & checking general arrangement drawings (likes Plan, Section, Elevation), Knowledge of Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. Basic knowledge of Precast Structures & well know of Concepts of Precast.

Must have experience on international projects (USA, UK, Middle East.) & understand the drawing & defferences.

Self-motivated, team player, and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Flexible attitude, in an environment with frequently changing deadlines, can be relied on to meet deadlines.

Very good written and oral communication skills

Inclination to use Technology to bring in innovative solutions

Self-motivated individual with a keen interest to learn new skills and adding value to the team/organization

Basic knowledge to review & understand Structural Drawings (concrete, steel & wood framing) & Reinforcement Detailing & ability to implement the same in model & drawing.

In-depth Knowledge of US building specialty (studd wall, slanted roof) & ability to implement the same in model & drawing.

Good product modeling skills, knowledge of interior design will be advantages.

Knowledge of Rendering & 3D max will be advantages.

Interested to dive towards architectural design will be advantages.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
