Perform effective preventive and breakdown maintenance of the machines.- Safely troubleshoot, upgrade, install, and repair all mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on injection molding machines, auxiliary, and ancillary machines as needed.- Perform maintenance and repairs of plumbing, mechanical and or electrical equipment.- Inspect and test machinery, equipment to detect causes of malfunctions.- Remove and replace worn or defective parts.- Read, draw, and or update blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals as needed.- Perform all preventative maintenance of molding and auxiliary equipment.- May need to fabricate parts when necessary to maintain or improve the function of equipment.- Evaluate and suggest ways to eliminate recurring problems.- Clean and change tools as needed.- Ready to work in shifts.- Required person who works well under pressure.- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in Injection Molding field.
